Longevity without myths: what works more than rings and smartwatches
more info
CZwith translation
Lecture
People spend thousands of crowns on smart rings, watches and bracelets in the hope that they will help them live longer. But in reality, most of the longevity benefits come from a few relatively simple habits. How much of an impact does strength training have? Why is cardiorespiratory fitness one of the strongest indicators of lifespan? And where does modern technology fit in? Martin Itersky, Head Coach Day1, will show practically what really extends life, what just measures its course and how to use data from wearable electronics to improve health and performance. Bořek Dočkal will introduce Day1 - the first health club of its kind in the Czech Republic - and participants can get exclusive free entry after the lecture.

Dorothe Trassl (Germany) is a psychologist, trauma yoga teacher and holistic therapist.
In her work, she combines nervous system regulation, emotion work, trauma healing, shaking techniques and conscious movement into a unique approach she calls E-motion (energy in motion).
Her experience in South Africa, where she lived with her family and worked as a therapist for a charity organization, has been a major influence on her work. On a daily basis, she encountered deep traumas and situations that conventional Western approaches were not sufficient to address.
It was here that she began to find and develop techniques that work directly with the body and its ability to release stress and restore balance.
Today she runs her private practice in Germany, organizing workshops and retreats and guiding individuals and groups through the process of releasing emotional blocks, restoring balance and returning to inner stability.
Her approach is based on safety, sensitivity and a deep respect for each person's individual process.

Why Women Worry? Biohacking and the female nervous system
more info
ENwith translation
Lecture
Many women live in constant inner tension. Not because "something is wrong". But because their nervous system is overloaded for a long time.
Women are often driven to:
anticipate
care for others
take emotional responsibility
Hormonal cycles, which naturally affect sensitivity to stress - and the pressures of modern life, which leave little room for recovery.
The result is a state where the body is constantly on alert.
This lecture shows a different perspective that worry and tension are not weaknesses, but an overloaded adaptation mechanism
Dorothe Trassl will explain how to work with the female nervous system in accordance with its natural setting - not against it.
During the lecture you will learn:
how the hormonal cycle affects the stress response
why women are more sensitive to chronic stress and mental strain
how to work with the cycle for better performance and recovery
why the goal is not to eliminate stress, but to increase the adaptability of the nervous system

Shake off Stress: application of neurogenic tremor for everyday regulation
more info
ENwith translation
Workshop
The body has its own mechanism to release stress. We just forget to use it.
Neurogenic tremor is the body's natural response after stress or threat - the same as we see in animals when they "shake off" tension after a challenging situation.
In this workshop you will learn how to consciously activate and use this mechanism in your daily life.
It is a simple, body-guided practice that:
helps to release accumulated tension
reduces the activation of the fight-or-flight response
supports the regulation of the nervous system
improves the body's ability to return to balance
During the workshop:
understand how the body's natural shaking mechanism works
learn safe techniques you can use yourself
learn when and how to incorporate this practice (stress, conflict, overload)
experience the direct effect of relaxation on your own body
A simple tool you can use anytime - no technology, no tools, just your own body.
Petr Kovařík is the co-founder of the Steiner & Kovarik brand and one of the most prominent pioneers of craft chocolate in the Czech Republic.
Together with his partner Silvia and his entire team, he has been dedicated to one thing for the last 15 years: changing the way we look at chocolate. Not as a sweet, but as a superfood - one that truly preserves what cocoa is.
He owns a plantation in the Bolivian Amazon, where they grow thousands of criolla cacao trees nativo from seed. The entire process - from bean to bar - is carefully controlled to ensure that the maximum amount of antioxidants, flavanols and other biologically active compounds remain in the chocolate.
Their chocolate factory regularly places in global competitions. But Peter isn't driven by competition - he's driven by the belief that the world deserves to know what real chocolate can do.

Lecture
What if the chocolate you avoid as a guilty pleasure was actually one of the world's most powerful superfoods?
For 15 years, Petr Kovařík has dedicated himself to one thing: to convince the world that real chocolate - the kind that preserves all the antioxidants, flavanols and bioactive substances in cocoa - exists. And that 99% of what you find in the shops is almost incompatible with it.
In his lecture, he will open up topics that will make you think about chocolate in a completely different way:
why most commercial chocolate is an ultra-processed mass without real cocoa
how cocoa was used by indigenous tribes and what science confirms today
how Peter and his team grow their own cocoa right in the Amazon jungle in Bolivia
why cocoa ceremonies are so beneficial - and what's behind them
The lecture is combined with a tasting of chocolates supplemented with super-ingredients (hericium, cordyceps, CBD, collagen, rose and others) and a short meditation.
Come and taste chocolate as you have never experienced it before.

After thirty, the female body begins to change - muscle mass gradually decreases, hormonal regulation changes and so does the way the body manages energy.
What worked before stops giving the same results. Thus, a calorie-control approach often leads to frustration rather than long-term change.
In her lecture, Tereza Vágnerová will explain why it is crucial to focus on metabolic health and preserving muscle mass to maintain fitness, energy and a healthy body. She will show how these processes are related to hormonal changes and how to work with them in everyday life.
You will learn how to adapt nutrition and lifestyle to female physiology so that the body functions more efficiently - stably, without extremes and with regard to long-term sustainability.

Lecture
Skin and hair are not a cosmetic problem. They are an output of what is happening inside the body.
Kseniya Popova's talk shows why the mainstream cosmetics industry addresses marketing rather than biology - and why this approach has failed in the long term. Instead of isolated products, she presents a view of skin and scalp as part of complex systems, such as the gut-brain-skin or brain-scalp axis.
Learn how chronic stress affects skin aging and hair loss at the nervous system level, how neuro-cosmetic and fermentation approaches work, and why single ingredients alone are not enough.
The lecture connects the science of longevity to real-world product formulation and shows what a systems-first approach looks like in practice - from skin barrier integrity to regulating inflammation and supporting the hair growth cycle.

Is cholesterol really a problem? What determines cardiovascular risk
more info
CZwith translation
Lecture
Cardiovascular disease has long been the leading cause of death - yet there is a surprising amount of confusion surrounding it.
In the public space, they often simplify it to "cholesterol", which is supposed to be the main culprit.
But the reality is much more complex.
This talk brings the topic back to biological mechanisms and clinical data.
František Knobloch explains the difference between cholesterol as a substance and the lipoproteins that carry it in the body, and shows why LDL particles and apoB are key to understanding the real risk.
It also focuses on the role of:
cumulative exposure over time
blood pressure
inflammation and endothelial dysfunction
You will learn why "cholesterol" alone often fails to reliably estimate risk and how to think about prevention more accurately, more clearly, and in the context of real-world practice.

Lecture
Health is not just a feeling.
It is a spectrum that can be measured, tracked and compared.
But what does it really mean to be in the "top 1% of health"?
In his talk, Siim Land shows what top health looks like in terms of data - biomarkers, functional tests and overall physiology. He focuses on the key indicators that distinguish average from optimized functioning, and offers a concrete framework by which you can assess your own health. The talk connects longevity, measurable data, and a practical understanding of what it really means to be healthy - not just subjectively, but objectively.
Augusto/Tuto Marolla (Argentina) accompanies people on their journey towards a more authentic life in line with their values and life direction. Previously, he was part of a high-powered corporate environment where he served in a senior position. But he gradually realized that performance and results are not the only things that give life meaning - and began to seek a deeper approach to himself and how he wanted to live. This experience forms the basis of his work today. In his practice, he combines biohacking, mind work and perception of inner direction. He focuses on a deeper experience and anchoring of one's own values that allow people to grow, develop their potential and have a real impact on others. She coaches, leads workshops and retreats, and guides individuals on their personal and professional journeys.

Workshop
We usually get into biohacking and working on ourselves for a very personal reason.
We want to change something. Something to solve. Or we feel there is more to us than we are currently living. But along the way, we often get lost. We pick up other tools, approaches and information - and still lose touch with ourselves.
This workshop is an invitation to go back. To what is truly important to you. To why you started on this journey.
Augusto (Tuto) Marola will guide you through an experience that combines biohacking, mind work and a deeper sense of self.
During the workshop:
you will look at biohacking through the lens of authenticity, meaning and inner direction
you will go through an experience that combines breath, movement and visualization
you will create space to reconnect to your own values and inner truth
you will touch on the theme of having the courage to share your story and impact others
This workshop also concludes the Summit.
It's a space to integrate what you've experienced - and to come back to yourself with which you can go back to your life.
MUDr. and MDDr. Hana and Eva Luskačov are doctors, holistic dentists and founders of the DUOSMILE clinic in Brno. In their work they focus on the connection between oral health and the overall health of the body and are among the pioneers of biological dentistry in the Czech Republic. They studied medicine and dentistry at Charles University in Prague and subsequently attended a number of international clinical trainings in the field of biological implantology, regenerative medicine and integrative approach to health. At the DUOSMILE clinic they combine biological dentistry, functional medicine and the principles of traditional Chinese medicine. They specialise in the removal of hidden infections in the jaws, gentle metal removal, bone regeneration and implantology using ceramic (zirconia) implants.

Lecture
Today, there is a lot of talk about performance, discipline and results.
Less about what it does to you in the long run.
You may know the feeling - you're working, you're performing, but it's costing you.
In this talk, you'll understand why discipline alone is not enough and what really determines whether a person will last - without exhaustion or harm to health.
Marian Jelinek draws on her experience with top athletes and top managers to show the 4 key areas that make up the so-called "performance". "
How to create a strong relationship with what you do
How to purposefully build mental resilience
How to set habits that support you instead of holding you back
How to work with yourself using self-coaching techniques
Not as theory, but as principles you can start applying right away.
If you want to perform for the long term - and not at the cost of your own exhaustion - this is a talk that will help you put things into context.

Alena Zidzik, also known as Alana Dev Priya, bridges the world of modern science and ancient approaches to working with the body and consciousness.
Her journey began in a dynamic corporate environment where she became fully aware of the limits of long-term pressure without regeneration. This led her to a deeper study of working with the body, nervous system and states of consciousness, including her experiences in India.
Today, her practice combines data-based biohacking (biometrics, PEMF, supplementation) with more subtle approaches such as sound, breath and NSDR work.
She sees the human body as a complex system that responds to rhythm, vibration and environment - and shows how to apply these principles to everyday life.
Her goal is to bring approaches that help people manage stress, restore balance and function sustainably over the long term - without the need for extreme interventions.

The human body is not just biochemistry.
It also functions as a bio-electrical and electromagnetic system that affects our energy, regeneration and overall functioning.
This workshop brings a view of health that connects the modern environment with the natural principles on which the human body has functioned for thousands of years.
Adam Česlík will guide you through the topics:
how electromagnetic processes are related to regeneration and vitality
how the modern environment (including technology and nnEMF) can affect our body
how to use natural approaches and traditional techniques to "recharge" the body
how to work with the breath as a tool that connects the body, nervous system and perception
The workshop includes specific principles inspired by traditional approaches - including working with the environment, rhythm and natural resources that support natural regeneration.
The goal is not just to understand, but to begin to perceive your own body differently - and to adjust your daily habits to promote long-term energy and stability.
Radek Laci is a movement therapist who works with the body as a system controlled by the nervous system.
He perceives tension, shallow breathing, clenched jaw or stiff posture as concrete manifestations of the body functioning in survival mode. His work focuses not on symptoms or performance, but on the conditions in which the nervous system functions.
He combines principles of physiotherapy, developmental kinesiology and his own SMART MOVES method, but his approach is not technique-based. It is based on the ability to read the body and work with it at the points where reactions to stress, pressure and everyday stresses arise.
He focuses on regulation - the ability to reduce current tension - and then adaptation, the ability to remain stable in moments of pressure without having to defend oneself.
This principle was the basis for Movement Espresso, a short daily system of working with breath, jaw and tension to help the body return to a functional state.
His practice is based on his experience with people who function in high stress situations but whose bodies remain tight and overloaded for long periods of time. It is in the jaw area, he says, where physical stress often meets unexpressed emotional pressure, leading to gritting of teeth, gritting and mental fog.
His work is aimed at returning the body from survival mode to a state where there is no need to struggle, but where it is possible to function stably in challenging situations.

Workshop
It's not another technique or a quick hack. This workshop goes beneath the surface - where physical tension meets what is left unexpressed. What the head suppresses, the body often carries on in the form of tension, pressure or restricted breath.
Through movement and breath, you create the conditions in which the body can release what it no longer needs to hold. You will find that stillness is not a mental strategy, but a physical state of the body - which manifests in the breath, jaw and overall tension.
The workshop will help you recognize the difference between when the body can only endure and when it has the capacity to handle the load without internal gripping.
You will take away simple principles that you can use in your everyday functioning - at work, in relationships and in stressful situations.

Lecture
In an era where we have more data, technology and tools than ever before, health often becomes an endless process of optimization.
But what if we are solving problems that might not have arisen in the first place?
This talk opens up a view of "post-biohacking" - the transition from constantly tuning out individuals to building a functional system that naturally supports health.
Vlado Zlatos shows why most optimization approaches address the effects rather than the causes, and how to work instead with what has the greatest impact:
movement as the basic infrastructure of life
the environment that shapes our daily decisions
metabolic power as a source of energy and resilience
You will take away a practical framework for how to stop "hacking" the body and start creating conditions that keep you healthy for the long term - without the need for constant monitoring and optimization.

Lecture
Men's testosterone levels have been declining for a long time - and with it their energy, stamina and ability to handle pressure.
But it's not just about the hormone.
It's about how we function in our own bodies today - and what we have gradually removed from them.
Dominik Luks opens up the topic without theory or simplification. He shows how modern lifestyle, chronic stress, lack of exercise and the breakdown of basic habits affect hormonal balance and the overall functioning of the body.
Strength training plays a crucial role in this - not as a fitness trend, but as a basic biological stimulus that the body needs to function properly.
You will learn:
why testosterone decreases and how it is realistically manifested
why strength training is crucial for hormonal balance and long-term body functioning
how to set up a diet that supports natural hormone production
what mistakes we make most often today
how to improve energy, stability and resilience in everyday life
The lecture shows the topic in a broader context - not only from the perspective of men's health, but also how it affects quality of life, relationships and overall functioning today.
Jozef Mihalishin combines the world of top management with deep human work.
He has more than 10 years of experience in top management of international companies such as DORMA and ASSA ABLOY, where he led global projects across Europe, Asia and Africa.
Today he brings this experience to work with individuals, teams and organizations.
He is the founder of the Karuna Institute and the author of projects such as Mirror of Man, Journey of Family and Journey of Hero.
His methodology combines psychology, nervous system work (TRE, breathwork), bodywork and rites of passage. He focuses on building resilience, authenticity and the ability to function under pressure without losing touch with oneself.
What he teaches, he also actively lives - as a partner, father and leader.

Workshop
A workshop focusing on the specifics of men's experience of pressure, performance and role in today's society.
Most men try to lead through their heads.
Strategy. Performance. Control.
But real leadership starts elsewhere - in the body and in the nervous system. In the ability to stay relaxed under pressure. In the ability to sense and control your own energy. In the ability to be present - not just functional.
This workshop goes beyond theory.
It focuses on practical experience, how to:
work with the body as a basic tool of performance
use breath as a tool for regulating and managing energy
build stability and resilience in challenging situations
set boundaries and act from integrity
understand the dynamics of polarity in teams and relationships
You will also touch on the topic of life energy and sexuality - not as a concept, but as a source of vitality that can be consciously cultivated and used in everyday life.
The workshop includes practical exercises that you can immediately transfer to reality:
morning setup
transition between work and personal mode
working with energy during the day
The aim is not to add more theory. But to start functioning differently - in your body, in your decision-making and in your relationships.

Modern research is increasingly showing that oral health is not isolated - but closely linked to the overall functioning of the body.
In their lecture, Hana and Eva Luskačov, MD and MDD, show how hidden inflammation, chronic infections in the jaw or the presence of metals in the mouth can affect the immune system, hormonal balance, energy and long-term health.
Based on the approach of biological dentistry, functional medicine and the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, they show how dentistry can contribute to the regeneration of the whole organism.
They will touch on the topics:
linking oral health to overall body health
hidden infections in the jaws (cavitation) and chronic inflammation
the effect of dental materials and metals on the body
Biological dentistry and ceramic (zirconia) implants
connecting teeth, organs and meridians according to traditional Chinese medicine
the importance of nutrition, detoxification and lifestyle for healing
preparing the body for surgical interventions and bone tissue regeneration
This lecture opens a view of dentistry as part of a holistic approach to health.

Workshop
75 min

Discussion
60 min
Modern man has never had more information about health and longevity - and yet he is moving less and less, regenerating less and losing touch with his own biology.
What went wrong?
This panel will bring together four experts from different fields - psychology, movement, physiotherapy and sport - to show how conscious mind-set, environment and daily habits affect energy, performance and long-term health.
The discussion will open up topics that are being avoided today:
Why it's not enough to just "go exercise" - and what really determines long-term change
Mindset and the psychology of habit change
Movement as a basic biological principle of humans - not as performance, but as nature
Pseudo-quality and pseudo-quantity of movement in the modern fitness world
Nervous system, regeneration and performance
Sport vs. Natural Movement - Where is the Line
The Psychology of Obesity and the Modern Environment
Linking the Psyche, the Body and Everyday Life
The Future of Fitness and Preventive Health
Real change starts in the head - but it must continue with movement and everyday life. Four perspectives, one discussion.

Reset of the nervous system: Movement, breath and tension work
Radek Laci is a movement therapist who works with the body as a system controlled by the nervous system.

Lecture
60 min

Augusto (Tuto) Marola will guide you through an experience that combines biohacking, mind work and a deeper sense of self.
During the workshop:

you will go through an experience that combines breath, movement and visualization
you will create space to reconnect to your own values and inner truth
you will touch on the theme of having the courage to share your story and impact others

For more than 20 years, Pavel Šperl has been involved in projects focused on health promotion, prevention and quality hydration - from sports and active lifestyles to industrial operations where the right drinking regime directly affects performance and concentration. For more than 15 years it has been importing glacier water from Iceland and Greenland to Europe. His long-standing theme is the quality of water - its origin, purity, minerality and suitability for modern drinking. The result of this approach is the H₂ Hydrogen Glacial Water project, a premium glacial water carbonated with H₂ molecular hydrogen that combines the purity of a natural source with the trends of functional hydration, biohacking and longevity.

Alana Dev Priya
Slovakia
Science of Sound: how to use sound to influence the nervous system
