Language and legal binding force
These Legal Terms are written in the Czech language. The organizer considers the Czech language to be comprehensible also for customers from the Slovak Republic.
The English language version is provided for informational purposes only.
In the event of a conflict between the Czech and English versions, the Czech version shall prevail.
I. Identification of the organiser

(hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”)
II. Subject matter and scope of the legal conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the Organiser and the Customer arising from:
- purchase of tickets for events organized by the Organizer,
- purchasing digital products (records, online content),
- participation in educational, inspirational and community events,
- use of the Organiser’s website and online services.
By purchasing a ticket, registering or using the services, the customer confirms that he/she has read and agrees to these Legal Conditions.
III. Contract conclusion and payments
The contractual relationship arises at the moment of order confirmation by the Organiser.
Prices are according to the current offer. Payments are processed through external payment gateways.
The Organiser is not responsible for technical errors of third party payment services.
IV. Withdrawal from the contract and refund
For digital content, the customer expressly agrees to its immediate provision and acknowledges that by doing so the right to withdraw from the contract is extinguished.
Tickets for events are non-refundableexcept as provided by applicable law.
Name on the ticket is possible transfer to another person. The transfer is possible no later than the last day before the start of the event by notifying the Organiser via contact e-mail.
V. Nature of the event and medical liability
The events organised by the Organiser are educational, inspirational and community-based.
It is not a health, medical or therapeutic service.
Participant:
- declares that he/she is medically fit to participate,
- participates in the event voluntarily and on their own responsibility,
- acknowledges that the content of the event is not a health recommendation.
The event may include physical activities, saunas, breathing exercises, work with cold or heat, movement and self-development techniques.
The Participant is aware of the potential risks associated with these activities.
VI. Changing, moving or cancelling an event
The organizer reserves the right to change, reschedule or cancel the event for reasons of force majeure, decisions of public authorities, health, technical or organizational reasons.
Alternative performance (e.g. a new term or online recording) may be offered.
This does not automatically establish a claim for a refundunless otherwise provided by law.
VII. Liability for damages
The organizer is not responsible for:
- personal injury resulting from voluntary participation,
- loss, damage or theft of personal belongings,
- indirect damage, loss of profit or non-pecuniary damage.
The Organiser’s total liability is limited to the maximum amount of the admission fee paid or the price of the product purchased, to the extent permitted by law.
VIII. Programme, speakers and behaviour of participants
Change of programme, timetable or speakers is not grounds for a refund of admission.
The Participant is obliged to follow the Organizer’s instructions and behave in a considerate manner.
The Organizer is entitled to exclude the participant from the event without compensationif he/she violates the rules, endangers the safety of others or behaves inappropriately.
IX. Photography and audiovisual recording
Photographic and audiovisual documentation may be taken during the event.
By participating in the event, the participant grants the Organiser gratuitous consent to the use of his/her image for documentation and marketing purposes.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time in accordance with the Privacy Policy below.
X. Foreign participants (EU and non-EU)
International participants acknowledge that their participation in the event is governed by the laws of of the European Union and the Czech Republicas the venue of the event.
The organiser is not responsible for visa, travel or entry complications or for obligations under the laws of the participant’s home country.
XI. Data Protection (GDPR)
The controller of personal data is ELDE power, s.r.o.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR for the purpose of:
- registration and ticket purchase,
- the provision of digital content,
- sending the newsletter (based on consent),
- compliance with legal obligations.
The data subject has the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection and complaint to the supervisory authority:
Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
XII. Cookies
The website uses:
- necessary cookies for the proper functioning of the website,
- analytics cookies to improve the service,
- marketing cookies that are used solely on the basis of the user’s consent.
XIII. Governing Law
Legal relations arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to consumer protection under the laws of the country of the consumer’s habitual residence.
