Frequently asked questions
Can I apply for discounted admission after purchasing a standard ticket?
Unfortunately, no. Discounted admission must be requested prior to ticket purchase. It is not possible to retroactively adjust the price of an already purchased ticket.
I am an international student and I don't have an ISIC card - am I entitled to a discount?
Yes, please contact us and attach proof of study in English or another language. We will assess this on an individual basis.
Do I have to physically carry the document to the event?
Yes. Discounted tickets may not be accepted without the appropriate document being presented at the time of entry. We recommend that you have the document with you – physically or digitally on your phone.
Can I transfer my discounted ticket to another person?
No. A ticket purchased at a discounted price is tied to the person who has documented the claim. Assignment to a third party is in violation of the terms and conditions and may result in denial of admission.
What about a disabled person's card issued abroad?
We consider foreign passes individually. Please contact us in advance and attach a copy of the card with translation or English description.
If I don't fall into either of these groups, is it still possible to apply for a discounted ticket?
Let us know why you would like to take advantage of the discounted entrance fee and we will assess your situation individually.
Conditions of discounted admission
4.1 General provisions
- Discounted admission is offered only to persons who meet the conditions defined for the relevant group.
- The organizer (organizer of the Biohacking Summit Prague 2026) reserves the right to verify compliance with the conditions upon registration or upon entry to the event.
- Unauthorized use of the discounted admission (providing false information about the entitlement) entitles the organizer to deny admission without refund.
- The discounted admission cannot be combined with other discounts or special prices, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- A ticket purchased at a discounted price is non-transferable - it is bound to the person who has proved their entitlement.
4.2 Proof of entitlement
- Eligibility for discounted admission must be documented with a valid receipt before the discounted ticket is issued or upon entry to the event.
- A valid document is considered to be the original document or its digital representation (photo, scan) - at the organizer's discretion.
- The Organiser is entitled to reject any document that is illegible, damaged, altered or whose authenticity is doubtful.
- The organiser is not obliged to keep copies of the documents submitted. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations (GDPR).
- If the participant does not bring the relevant document to the event and does not prove his/her entitlement, he/she is obliged to pay the difference in the price of the standard ticket or may be denied entry.
4.3 Group specifics
- Students: the ISIC card or student card must be valid on the date of the event (6-7 June 2026).
- Seniors / pensioners: A valid ID with date of birth is sufficient for proof of age. The organizer does not keep a copy of the document.
- ZTP / ZTP-P: The card must be issued by the competent authority of the Czech Republic (MPSV) or an equivalent foreign authority. Foreign IDs are considered individually - we recommend contacting the organizer in advance.

- Families with children: the age of the child must be documented - a verbal declaration by the parent is sufficient, but the organiser reserves the right to request proof (birth certificate, identity card of the child). The child must be physically present at the event in order for the accompanying adult to be able to claim the discounted admission.
