In her work, she combines nervous system regulation, emotion work, trauma healing, shaking techniques and conscious movement into a unique approach she calls E-motion (energy in motion).
Her experience in South Africa, where she lived with her family and worked as a therapist for a charity organization, has been a major influence on her work. On a daily basis, she encountered deep traumas and situations that conventional Western approaches were not sufficient to address.
It was here that she began to find and develop techniques that work directly with the body and its ability to release stress and restore balance.
Today she runs her private practice in Germany, organizing workshops and retreats and guiding individuals and groups through the process of releasing emotional blocks, restoring balance and returning to inner stability.
Her approach is based on safety, sensitivity and a deep respect for each person's individual process.
Their approach is based on the concept of "health-focused and regenerative dentistry", which sees dentistry as part of a broader context of medicine, prevention and support of the body's natural regenerative processes.
Part of their work includes the Mind-Body-Soul Dentistry approach, which emphasizes the connection of the oral cavity to the immune and nervous systems and to the body's overall ability to regenerate.
In their practice they work with the eight pillars of health: nutrition, movement, prevention, sleep, detoxification, mental adjustment, emotional integration and joy.
Their goal is to move dentistry towards integrative medicine that promotes long-term health, vitality and regeneration of the whole body.
Throughout his career he has worked with top athletes and managers who operate under high pressure and expectations. His most notable coaching achievements include gold at the 2005 World Ice Hockey Championships, two titles with HC Sparta Praha and the President's Cup with HC Plzeň.
He has worked individually with a number of elite athletes, including Jaromir Jagr, Karolina Pliskova, Petr Mrazek and Tereza Bledá, and his approach now extends beyond the world of sport into the corporate and leadership world.
He passes on his experience not only through lecturing and working with organisations across disciplines, but also as a supervisor for the Psychology for Managers course and MSc Postgraduate course at Newton University.
His work focuses on how to develop a person's inner world so that they are able to perform over the long term without negatively impacting their health and psyche.
Her journey began in a dynamic corporate environment where she became fully aware of the limits of long-term pressure without regeneration. This led her to a deeper study of working with the body, nervous system and states of consciousness, including her experiences in India.
Today, her practice combines data-based biohacking (biometrics, PEMF, supplementation) with more subtle approaches such as sound, breath and NSDR work.
She sees the human body as a complex system that responds to rhythm, vibration and environment - and shows how to apply these principles to everyday life.
Her goal is to bring approaches that help people manage stress, restore balance and function sustainably over the long term - without the need for extreme interventions.
He perceives tension, shallow breathing, clenched jaw or stiff posture as concrete manifestations of the body functioning in survival mode. His work focuses not on symptoms or performance, but on the conditions in which the nervous system functions.
He combines principles of physiotherapy, developmental kinesiology and his own SMART MOVES method, but his approach is not technique-based. It is based on the ability to read the body and work with it at the points where reactions to stress, pressure and everyday stresses arise.
He focuses on regulation - the ability to reduce current tension - and then adaptation, the ability to remain stable in moments of pressure without having to defend oneself.
This principle was the basis for Movement Espresso, a short daily system of working with breath, jaw and tension to help the body return to a functional state.
His practice is based on his experience with people who function in high stress situations but whose bodies remain tight and overloaded for long periods of time. It is in the jaw area, he says, where physical stress often meets unexpressed emotional pressure, leading to gritting of teeth, gritting and mental fog.
His work is aimed at returning the body from survival mode to a state where there is no need to struggle, but where it is possible to function stably in challenging situations.
In his work, he connects practical life with scientific knowledge and focuses on what has a real impact on quality of life and long-term life energy.
An adventurer at heart, a biohacker in mind and a husband and father of two in his personal life. For more than 15 years, he has viewed food and ideas not just as a means to satiate or reflect, but as key information that influences health, performance and the way we live.
He believes our society needs a shift in our approach to food, body, health and life as a whole - towards greater meaningfulness, conscious decision-making and long-term sustainability.
He is behind the podcast Against the Current, which is one of the most listened to podcasts in the country.
In 2022 he published the book Against the Current, which builds on his work with inspiring stories and personalities.
He also creates the practical business podcast BYZNYScast, builds the ceskepodcasty.cz catalogue and community, and helps companies create and use podcasts.
His style is direct, human and focused on real experiences - not just theories.
In his work he connects physical health with the real functioning of people in the modern environment and focuses on how to create conditions in which health arises naturally.
He is the originator of the concept of a "culture of movement" and the MOVO Park, Neseda and MOVO eHealth projects that bring systemic change to schools, businesses and communities.
In his talks, he shifts the perspective on biohacking - from optimizing the individual to building environment, movement and metabolic strength as the foundation for long-term health.
He has been working on the quality and functionality of dietary supplements for a long time and in his practice he focuses on nutrigenetics and nutrigenomics.
In his work he combines scientific knowledge with practical application in everyday life - with an emphasis on clarity, quality and real impact on health.
In his work he combines different approaches to movement - from BUDOKON to MMA and Brazilian jiu-jitsu to conscious movement, breath work and nervous system regulation.
She focuses on developing strength, endurance and long-term vitality in the context of biohacking and longevity.
She has worked with individuals and groups for many years, leading workshops and camps for men and women, combining physical training with deeper bodywork and mindfulness.
His work combines a scientific approach, physiotherapy and somatic practice. She has been significantly influenced by body psychotherapy and the Trager® approach, in which she trained and continues to develop through international collaboration.
She is the founder of the LIVE MOVEMENT project and is actively involved in movement quality education - from everyday functioning to sport performance.
She works with a wide range of clients from children to elite athletes and regularly presents at professional conferences.
In her practice, she creates spaces where the body can relax, the nervous system can calm down and attention returns to the experience and perception of self.
She works with rites of passage and constellations focused on stress management, regeneration and changing internal patterns.
She is the co-creator of Wild & Coco, a brand dedicated to nutrition, the microbiome and long-term health.
He holds the world record for climbing Kilimanjaro in under 24 hours (23:12) and has organised major hardening hikes that have been completed by thousands of participants.
In his work, he combines experience from top sports, strength training and combat disciplines with mental preparation and resistance work. He works with professional athletes and well-known personalities such as Karlos Vémola, Jakub Vrána and Michal Krčmář.
He works as a conditioning coach, MMA coach and mental coach where he helps individuals and teams manage pressure, increase resilience and push their performance in real world conditions.
He has more than 10 years of experience in top management of international companies such as DORMA and ASSA ABLOY, where he led global projects across Europe, Asia and Africa.
Today he brings this experience to work with individuals, teams and organizations.
He is the founder of the Karuna Institute and the author of projects such as Mirror of Man, Journey of Family and Journey of Hero.
His methodology combines psychology, nervous system work (TRE, breathwork), bodywork and rites of passage. He focuses on building resilience, authenticity and the ability to function under pressure without losing touch with oneself.
What he teaches, he also actively lives - as a partner, father and leader.
