Subject matter and scope of the legal conditions <\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the Organiser and the Customer arising from:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">purchase of tickets for events organized by the Organizer,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">purchasing digital products (records, online content),<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">participation in educational, inspirational and community events,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">use of the Organiser&#8217;s website and online services.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By purchasing a ticket, registering or using the services, the customer confirms that he\/she has read and agrees to these Legal Conditions.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8df0804 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8df0804\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" id=\"podminky-ucasti\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><b>III. Contract conclusion and payments <\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The contractual relationship arises at the moment of order confirmation by the Organiser.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prices are according to the current offer. Payments are processed through external payment gateways. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Organiser is not responsible for technical errors of third party payment services.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7a79d2a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7a79d2a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><b>IV. Withdrawal from the contract and refund <\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For digital content, the customer expressly agrees to its immediate provision and acknowledges that by doing so <\/span><b>the right to withdraw from the contract is extinguished<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tickets for events are <\/span><b>non-refundable<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">except as provided by applicable law.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><b>Name on the ticket <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is possible <\/span><b>transfer to another person<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The transfer is possible no later than the last day before the start of the event by notifying the Organiser via contact e-mail.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1208a12 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1208a12\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" id=\"zdravotni-odpoved\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><b>V. Nature of the event and medical liability<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The events organised by the Organiser are educational, inspirational and community-based.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is not a health, medical or therapeutic service.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participant:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">declares that he\/she is medically fit to participate,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">participates in the event <\/span><b>voluntarily and on their own responsibility<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">acknowledges that the content of the event is not a health recommendation.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The event may include physical activities, saunas, breathing exercises, work with cold or heat, movement and self-development techniques.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Participant is aware of the potential risks associated with these activities.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b518492 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b518492\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" id=\"zmena\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><b>VI. Changing, moving or cancelling an event <\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The organizer reserves the right to change, reschedule or cancel the event for reasons of force majeure, decisions of public authorities, health, technical or organizational reasons.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alternative performance (e.g. a new term or online recording) may be offered.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><b>This does not automatically establish a claim for a refund<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">unless otherwise provided by law.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5cf7284 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5cf7284\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" id=\"odpovednost-za-skodu\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><b>VII. Liability for damages <\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The organizer is not responsible for:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">personal injury resulting from voluntary participation,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">loss, damage or theft of personal belongings,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">indirect damage, loss of profit or non-pecuniary damage.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Organiser&#8217;s total liability is limited to the maximum amount of the admission fee paid or the price of the product purchased, to the extent permitted by law.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-66323e9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"66323e9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" id=\"program\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><b>VIII. Programme, speakers and behaviour of participants <\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Change of programme, timetable or speakers <\/span><b>is not grounds for a refund of admission<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Participant is obliged to follow the Organizer&#8217;s instructions and behave in a considerate manner.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Organizer is entitled to <\/span><b>exclude the participant from the event without compensation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">if he\/she violates the rules, endangers the safety of others or behaves inappropriately.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1f577c6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1f577c6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" id=\"fotografovani\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><b>IX. Photography and audiovisual recording <\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Photographic and audiovisual documentation may be taken during the event.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By participating in the event, the participant grants the Organiser <\/span><b>gratuitous consent<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to the use of his\/her image for documentation and marketing purposes.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consent may be withdrawn at any time in accordance with the Privacy Policy below.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c01a943 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c01a943\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" id=\"zahranicni-ucastnici\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><b>X. Foreign participants (EU and non-EU)<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">International participants acknowledge that their participation in the event is governed by the laws of <\/span><b>of the European Union and the Czech Republic<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">as the venue of the event.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The organiser is not responsible for visa, travel or entry complications or for obligations under the laws of the participant&#8217;s home country.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1a70c9b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1a70c9b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" id=\"gdpr\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><b>XI.
